MY AUTOBIOGRAPHY

Hi, this is me, writing a blog for the first time. I Diego Bardon Orellana (yes, just one name) was born in Santiago at 2000, september 18th. I spend my childhood in two very different places, i lived in Puente alto until i was 9 years old, and then i moved out to Chiloé whit my family. Although i lived almost 10 years in both places, i don't identify with either of two cities so i always have a thought of  that lack of cultural identity.

I have 2 siblings, my little sister is in her last year of high school and my older brother is studying bachelor's degree in music at La Serena, I have my two parents, my mother is a differential teacher and my father is an accountant.

Leaving Chiloé
When I was in high school I did two summer schools at the University of Chile, one about renewable energy and another about architecture, now being in the architecture career I'm happy, I spent most of my time reading and watching documentaries about architecture, it's something I really enjoy.

There's not moment that you stop thinking as an architect, but when I'm not studying I like to watch movies, walk around, read novels, do calisthenics and learn parkour.

without thinking to much, i will say that the worst place i have been it´s Sindempart, Coquimbo. It´s a settlement located in the southern access of the city of Coquimbo. Which occupies the land of an old ranch. It started to satisfy the housing needs of the union of private employees of Coquimbo. In the beginning the first houses were located in a very isolated place, then it began to expand until it reached the coast, next to the Herradura beach.   The Herradura beach is one of the beaches I've been to the most in my life and I really like it, what I don't like is the settlement itself, it's like the streets are always full of dust, there are almost no trees to give shade, people always seem to be angry and public transportation is really inefficient. Perhaps these last two things are related to each other because of the Coquimbo-La Serena conurbation and the long stretches under the northern sun that people have to travel on their way from home to work. Although...
